At Cfluor, we strive to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, delivery, tracking, and shipping-related issues for orders placed on our website.
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.
At this time, we do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- P.O. Boxes
We do not offer international shipping or export services through this website.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears to involve forwarding services, export activity, or shipment outside our supported delivery areas.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received and approved.
Please note:
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- Processing times may be longer during peak periods, promotions, or due to product availability.
- Bulk, wholesale, pallet, or special orders may require additional handling time.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer shipping options based on product type, order size, and delivery destination.
Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout or in shipping confirmation emails are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
- carrier delays
- weather conditions
- address verification issues
- supply chain disruptions
- high order volume
- restricted delivery areas
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
For certain products, bulk purchases, pallet shipments, wholesale orders, or orders requiring special handling, shipping charges may be reviewed and quoted separately before shipment.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or otherwise communicated before the order is shipped.
5. Bulk / Wholesale / Freight Orders
Some large or high-volume orders may require freight or pallet shipping instead of standard parcel delivery.
For these orders:
- shipping times may be longer than standard orders
- shipping charges may vary depending on destination and order size
- additional coordination may be required before shipment
We reserve the right to review and confirm freight details before releasing any large-volume order.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the shipment has been created.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees resulting from:
- incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- failed delivery attempts
- refused deliveries
- returned packages due to address issues
If an order is returned to us due to address issues or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
8. Delays, Lost Packages, and Delivery Issues
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our direct control.
If your package is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at service@cfluor.com as soon as possible. We will assist in reviewing the issue and, where appropriate, help initiate a carrier investigation or claim process.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at service@cfluor.com with your order number and photos of the issue so that we can review and help resolve the matter.
10. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that change or cancellation requests can be accommodated once an order has been submitted. Orders that have already been processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped may not be changed or canceled.
